Huey's Mobile is one man and a vehicle, and every review on Google names him rather than a company.

He describes himself as specializing in preventive maintenance, diagnosis and roadside assistance, and he says no job too small on his own Facebook page. What the 113 reviews add to that is the part he does not say about himself, which is that people mostly talk about him turning up and about the bill being smaller than they braced for.

What he takes on, and what he does not

His own listing claim ticks standard cars, heavy pickups, RVs and motorhomes, trailers, fleet vehicles, exotic and high end, and classic and vintage. That is a wide range for one man and the hot rod in his garage says he means it.

He works off jacks and stands rather than a lift, which is the real limit. He will work on a transmission and diagnose it, and he does not remove, replace or rebuild one. Being told that on the phone is worth more than being told it on a driveway.

What he is certified and insured for

ASE certification appears on his own website, on his own printed flyer and on the listing claim he filled in himself. He also states that he carries general liability insurance. Both are his own account of himself rather than something this site verified, and either is a reasonable thing to ask him to produce.

Where the facts on this site came from

His own website, his own Google Business Profile, his own Facebook page and the listing claim he submitted himself. Where two of them disagreed the site says the thing that is true under both. He gives his time in the trade as over 25 years in one place and 30 in another, so this site says over 25 and leaves the exact number to him.
